Shipping & Delivery
On our store we have a large amount of hutches, covers and runs to choose from. Demand can change from time to time, i.e. stock issues or the time of the year in and out of season etc.
For the vast majority of our orders we aim to get the product you place an order with us to be delivered at your door in 5 – 7 days. And anything that is currently stocked, providing you order before the cut off time (1pm), then we can often get it delivered 2 – 3 days, or even next day.

If you want a specific day to have your brand new hutch delivered, so you can be sure your in, then please contact us and we can advise you accordingly. We always do our best to be as flexible as possible for the customer.
Privacy & Security
We do not share any information you give us to any other third parties. Your information is strictly kept private for your own piece of mind.
Returns & Replacements
We rarely have any instances where a customer needs to send back an item they have purchased from us. However we still have a procedure in place for such events, as rare as they maybe.
When ordering do make sure that you have sufficient room for the hutch you have in mind. Simply select the hutch of your choosing, and then proceed to checkout, ordering should be very simple and straight forward, any problems do contact us.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
When taking payment for your product, we would like to assure you all your details are kept safe, we use World Pay who are a well established for online payment transactions and we personally have been using them for years without any problems.
Where possible we will find yuo the cheapest deal available, even if that means not buying direct from ourselves, We are here for the customer.
